Getting Started
I just made a purchase and I have no password?
You will receive an automatic email with your password and login details normally within minutes of your purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it right away. For any difficulties, or you accidentally had a spelling error while entering your email address, please use the contact link in the site menu for assistance.
I purchased on the website but I haven't received a download link yet. How does that work?
All products purchased are listed in your account and are available to stream or download in your library. Please let us know if you have any difficulties by using the contact link in the site menu to assist with accidental typos or incorrect account details. Use the login link here to give it a try and enter the password emailed to the account you signed up form!

I forgot my Amanda Diaz Photography account password, what do I do?
Click the "Login" link at the top-right of the site. From there, you will log in with a code received on email.
I never got my confirmation email when I signed up, what do I do?
Sometimes your confirmation email for your purchase with the link to your course goes into your spam folder, please verify that this is not the case. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please use the contact link in the site menu and we can help you set up your account, find or email your password and bring you to the library, where you will find the purchase.
Making a Purchase
Where can I get a receipt / invoice for my purchase?
The email you received on purchase is your invoice, please keep a copy of it. Hint: Search Amanda Diaz Photography in your email:)
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase or download?
No. PayPal has a new option, once you have chosen your item and click on the PayPal checkout, on that next page you can choose the option: "No PayPal account" and it will just ask you for your credit card and no PayPal account will be created.
Do I need to have an Amanda Diaz Photography account to purchase or download?
Courses or products purchased on this site are added to your account and available for streaming or download in your personal library. For purchases, you need to login with your email and password using the login link below. If you have any difficulties, please use the contact link in the site menu.
Can I use more than one discount code?
No, currently there is no way to apply more than one discount code at a time. If you have two discount codes for different items, purchase them separately using the appropriate discount code each time and you will get some extra savings.
My discount code does not work, what do I do?
Discount codes are not cumulative, if an item is already on sale for a greater amount than your discount code it will give you the bigger discount. Check the following points as well:
- Check to make sure you correctly typed in the discount code.
- Make sure the code is not too old and expired.
- Check to see if the item you want is not already discounted more than the discount code you are using.
- Make sure the correct item is added to your cart that will have the discount applied.
Courses
Can I watch my videos on my phone and computer?
Yes! You can watch all video files on the device of your choice with an internet browser. Just login to the site from the device.
Can I download and watch offline?
If you need to have access to the video files offline, go to the video in the browser and at the bottom of the viewer, click on the "Download Video" button. Depending on which browser you are using, the video will either automatically download or open in a new tab. If it opens in a new tab, go to the bottom right of the video (three dot menu), and select "Download."
Are your products for PC or Mac?
Both. While the courses are recorded on a Mac, the software used (Photoshop) is cross-platform. The most significant change between the two is in the keyboard shortcuts; Command(Mac) changes to Ctrl (PC) and Option (Mac) becomes Alt (PC).
Can I use my lessons on more than one computer?
The courses run in your browser. There is no limit on the number of computers you use to log into and access your courses. You can also download the assets to any computer when you login. Please note this purchase can be used by one household or user.
How long will I have to watch or use my purchased classes or assets?
All courses you purchase are entirely yours and can be accessed through your account at any time. If you choose to have access to the video files offline, go to the video in the browser and at the bottom of the viewer, click on the "Download Video" button. Your assets are yours and you can access them from your account at any time.
Is there a support line? What if I don't understand something?
